History
John Egan established Cornerstone Property Management in 1989 with the goal of providing affordable and flexible management services to the owners of single-family homes, multi-family homes, apartment buildings, condominiums and commercial properties.
With over 30 years of experience in real estate, including more than 20 years as a property manager, Egan has devoted much of his career to serving, educating and protecting the rights of landlords and property owners throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
Egan is the founder and president of the Greater New Bedford Landlords Association (GNBLA), and currently sits on the board of directors. He is chairman of the Carver Industrial Development Financing Authority and is also a member of the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association (MRHA).
Most recently, Egan was selected as Regional Vice President of the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association. He currently presides over the entire
South East Region, serving the following communities:
