HISTORY

As the founder and original president of the Greater New Bedford Landlords Association, John Egan has spent much of his career devoted to educating property owners and fighting to protect their rights.

With 30 years of experience in real estate, including 17 years as a property manager, Egan is committed to serving landlords and property owners throughout southeastern Massachusetts.
Egan established Cornerstone Management in 1989 to provide an affordable and flexible management service for the owners of single and multi-family homes, commercial buildings, and condominiums.

Egan currently serves on the board of directors and is the current president of the G.N.B.L.A. He presides as chairman of the Carver Industrial Development Financing Authority and is also a member of the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association.
